terms and conditions for hotel reservations at wyck hill house hotel & spa
1. to guarantee a reservation to be held for your arrival date
either pre-payment, a credit card or if a corporate reservation
with credit agreement with Niche Hotels is in place, a commitment
on headed paper to pay for the room must be given.
2. should the
room need to be cancelled, this may be done in writing 24-hours
prior to the booked arrival date at 9am without penalty.

for continuity all amendments must also be made in writing.

should the room need to be cancelled after 24-hours prior to
the arrival date the full amount of the booking less VAT for
the first night will be due and taken on that date, any future
nights on a multiple night booking will be automatically released
unless requested to continue to hold the room or rooms for
the remainder of the stay by the booker both verbally and then
in writing. If the booking is a multiple night stay and the rooms
are requested to be continually held, the booker understands
that they are already within 24-hour cancellation for the next
night and will agree to pay for the accommodation should they
require to cancel.
5. the hotel management and staff will do
all they can to assist guests and bookers of accommodation,
but amendments to bookings are the sole responsibility of the
booker and/or guest.
6. special town events taking place can dramatically
change the terms and conditions and if booking for or during
one of these occasions the booker will be informed at the time
of placing the booking as pre-payment and restrictions may
apply.

8. some bookings require a deposit of £25 per person. this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable even when made outside of the standard cancellation policy which is also applicable.
